At The Kiswah Studio, every thobe is individually hand-cut and bespoke-tailored to your precise measurements. Here is everything you need to know about our craftsmanship timeline and worldwide transit.

Standard Delivery Timeline: 10 to 15 Days

Because your garment is not mass-produced from off-the-shelf inventory, it undergoes authentic bespoke tailoring. From master fabric cutting to final doorstep delivery, your order takes approximately 10 to 15 business days.

1. The 10–15 Day Bespoke Journey

Every order follows a meticulous, staged atelier workflow to guarantee that your collar, chest, sleeves, and total length drape with royal dignity:

Days 1 – 2
Measurement & Cut
Our master tailor confirms sizing specs and hand-cuts your selected Vietnam or TR suiting fabric.
Days 3 – 7
Artisanal Stitching
Individual sewing of standing collar, reinforced sleeve plackets, and delicate pin-tuck pleating.
Days 8 – 9
QC, Press & Box
Rigorous quality inspection, steam press, and luxury box packaging with your free surprise gift.
Days 10 – 15
Doorstep Delivery
Secure express courier dispatch with live tracking straight to your address across India or overseas.

2. Pan-India Delivery & Tracking

We partner with India's premier logistics carriers—including Blue Dart, DTDC Express, Delhivery, and India Post Speed Post—to ensure insured, tamper-proof delivery to major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad) as well as tier-2 and tier-3 towns.

Once dispatched, your tracking AWB number is immediately communicated via WhatsApp with direct tracking links.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We proudly deliver worldwide to clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Canada, South Africa, and Southeast Asia via DHL Express and FedEx International.

International orders typically arrive within 12 to 18 business days including custom stitching and international customs clearance. International shipping rates are calculated at actual carrier cost via our WhatsApp concierge.

4. Urgent Wedding & Event Orders
