Return, Exchange & Fit Policy

Unlike ready-to-wear garments off retail racks, bespoke thobes are uniquely created for a specific individual's body proportions and fabric preference. Consequently, custom-tailored garments cannot be returned for resale or general buyer remorse.

However, we are committed to 100% satisfaction. If you encounter any fitting or finishing issues, our master tailors will correct and adjust the garment to make it fit you perfectly.

If the thobe requires minor adjustments (such as sleeve length shortening, chest width tapering, or collar adjustment):

• 7-Day Reporting Window: Please contact our WhatsApp concierge (+91 99988 08555) within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the fit issue.
• Complimentary Adjustment: Our master tailor will review the photos and guide you on the adjustment process, performing the alteration free of charge.
• Garment Condition: Garments sent for adjustment must be unworn (except for initial fitting), unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged in transit, with defective fabric, or missing craftsmanship details:

• Notify our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of parcel delivery with clear photos/video of the outer box and affected area.
• Upon verification, we will immediately initiate a 100% free expedited remake and replacement or a complete refund as per your preference.

Because master fabric cutting begins within 24 hours of measurement confirmation:

• Within 24 Hours: You may cancel or modify sizing, color, or fabric choice with a full refund or adjustment.
• After 24 Hours: Fabric has been unrolled, inspected, and cut to your exact body pattern; hence cancellations cannot be processed once cutting has commenced.
